The regulations stipulate that we can store cookies on your device, without obtaining your consent, provided that they are strictly necessary for the service provided to function correctly. If this is the case, a simple informative statement is sufficient.
ELOQUANT Cookies are “functional” cookies, i.e. the Eloquant Feedback survey tool cannot function correctly without these cookies. This makes them essential.
As a consequence, it is not necessary to obtain prior consent, accordingly justifying the publication of this informative statement, in accordance with the guidelines and recommendation of CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, i.e. French Data Protection Authority) on cookies, dated 17 September 2020.
